I work as an authenticity coach, speaker and activities organiser.

 

I have a holistic view of education, seeing the individual as a whole (mind-body-soul), applying it to promote the well-being and personal and professional empowerment of the people and organisations / institutions I work with.

My passion and commitment is to help people and organisations / institutions develop authentic social emotional skills through a reflective, experiential, dynamic and interactive process so they can be proactive in their own transformation process.

I have a deep fascination with human nature which makes me a curious and tireless student in the ​​personal development area and the various holistic approaches that have emerged in areas such as ​​Education, Psychology and Health.

​

This fascination led me to choose a professional path that have been allowing me to work directly with hundreds of people of diverse ages and backgrounds, developing a great sensitivity in interpersonal relationships allowing me to create and develop creative and personalised activities that meet both individual and group needs, leveraging their internal resources so that they can gain a sense of purpose in life and have a more authentic, healthy and meaningful relationship with themselves and others.

​Authenticity, Freedom and Contribution are values ​​that drive my action because I believe the more self-awareness we have, the more coherence there is between what we feel, communicate and express through our actions, generating creative freedom to act proactively in  the personal and professional contexts we are part of, contributing to turn them into more authentic, safe, understanding and collaborative spaces.
